During the day, White Sands National Park is every bit what you’d expect: very white. But at dusk, the valley comes alive with warm pink and orange hues that reflect off the vast waves of gypsum sand. This scene shows some of the hearty native plant life found in the park, stretching tall to avoid being covered by blowing sand.
